This privacy policy applies to the app InkOnYou (referred to as "the app").

1. Data Collection & Processing

We collect and process your photos only for the purpose of generating AI-powered tattoo visualizations. Your photos are sent to our secure backend service for AI processing and are automatically deleted after generation is complete.

2. Image Processing

When you upload a photo, our app performs local validation using Apple's Vision framework to ensure image quality and detect people. This processing happens entirely on your device. Only validated photos are sent to our AI service for tattoo generation.

3. AI Generation Service

Your photos are temporarily sent to our secure backend service for AI-powered tattoo generation. Images are processed in base64 format and are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after generation.

4. Local Storage

Generated tattoo images, app preferences, and cached designs are stored locally on your device using secure iOS storage. Nothing is stored on external servers beyond the temporary processing mentioned above.

5. Premium Subscriptions

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and premium subscriptions. RevenueCat processes your payment information according to their privacy policy, but does not access your photos, generated tattoos, or personal content.

6. No Analytics or Tracking

This app does not use any analytics, tracking tools, or third-party advertising services. We respect your privacy completely and do not collect usage data or personal information beyond what's necessary for the core functionality.

7. Image Validation & Background Removal

All image quality checks, people detection, and background removal are performed locally on your device using Apple's Vision and Core Image frameworks. No personal data is shared during these processes.

8. Data Security

All data transmission to our backend service uses secure HTTPS encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during the brief processing period.

9. Your Control

You are in full control of your data. You can delete generated images anytime, and uninstalling the app removes all stored data from your device. No data is retained on our servers.

10. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
